Step 9
We will manage the building consent process for you. We will liaise with local authorities, and/or building certifiers and provide them with building consent documentation and any additional information they may require.
Drawings and Documentation prepared for Building consent would typically include:
- Site Plan
- Drainage Layouts
- Foundation Plan and Foundation Details
- Plumbing Plan
- Roof Plan
- Existing Plans and Elevations where relevant
- Detailed Floor Plans
- Dimensioned Floor Plans
- Elevations
- Cross Sections
- Details, required by local authority
- Window and Door Schedules
- Construction Specifications
- Structural Drawings, Details and Specifications provided by Engineer.
Additional Consultants Drawings ie. Mechanical and Electrical Engineer as required.
