We will oversee the construction of your project, ensuring that the project is run according to the terms of the building contract and that the standard of workmanship meets both your and Space’s expectations of quality and attention to detail.
Project administration / observation involves providing a suitable building contract, ensuring both you and the main contractor understand the contract, scheduling and recording minutes from regular site meetings, answering project queries and resolving architectural details, processing variation price requests and variation orders, ensuring prices are fair and reasonable, administrating and certifying project payments, inspecting and approving practical completion, administrating maintenance defects during the maintenance period, and approving final completion.
We act as a liaison between between yourself and the contractor, ensuring the smooth running of the contract.
