It maybe useful to bring along things that can aid in portraying the ideas you have for your project to your designer. Things such as photo’s, pictures, artwork, poetry, anything that describes your vision for your project. This is invaluable to the designer.

Once a firm design brief is established, a written fee proposal can be prepared. This fee proposal will outline the various stages of work and associated fees. It may also be necessary to consider instructing additional independent consultants at this stage, such as:
- Structural Engineer
- Surveyor
- Geotechnical Engineer
- Town Planning Consultant
- We will advise if these will be necessary for your project.
