Step 8
The working drawing stage includes the preparation of full working drawings and specifications for the purpose of applying for building consent and tendering.
Depending on the nature of the project additional independent consultants maybe required at this stage, ie:
- Structural Engineer
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineer
- Environmental
- HVAC Engineer
